    Very nice. I'm thinking, five more years, when the market perks up just a bit, sell my big old ranch house and build something about this small on about 3 times the land I have now. Land I can hunt or plant, with just enough room for me, a dog and an occasional guest. Something I can just pay for in cash and not be a slave to the upkeep and the mortgage.
