Just curious. What would a ball park construction cost for that be, including top quality kitchen bits?

ReplyDeleteVERY sorry I missed this comment. My late answer is under $40K in my area (assuming a decent site) with upgraded cabinets and trim. The kitchen really is minimal and I would guess it would underachieve with someone of your talent.
After enjoying your writing and recipes for several months I would be happy to explore a design and plot it so you could get some preliminary pricing. Sort of a belated barter - paying for the book after I've read it.
