This space was originally intended to be a pottery shed - it transformed into a seaside retreat.
Size, height and style were among the design limitations. Further consideration was given to combining elements of the beach side setting and the existing structure.
Locally Native Western Red Cedar patterned to mirror the mountains in view. The rocky beach inspired the floor.
Mirante' soffits contrast with the woven cedar shingles.
